LEARN HOW TO DESIGN INCLUSIVE DATA PROJECTS FOR SOCIAL CHANGE CAMPAIGNS
This workshop takes the key elements from FabRiders’ popular and successful workshop on Data Strategies that has been held in over a dozen countries. Data Tactics for a Post-Fact World puts additional emphasis on building engaging narratives from the information you are utilising in your social change campaigns.
Through participating in this workshop you will understand tried and true methodologies for developing data tactics that put the truth at the center of your campaign in a compelling way that will increase your impact. If you are currently using data in a campaign, this training will help you be more effective. If you haven’t started using data yet, this training will give you a clear path forward.
This is a participatory workshop, which means you will get the chance to work on your current or future campaigns with our guidance as well as gaining the opportunity to learn from the experience of the other participants.
You will learn more about:
- Why using evidence and facts in campaigning is more important than ever, particularly as a part of long-term movement building
- How to create engaging and persuasive messaging backed by data
- Data gathering techniques that lead to effective engagement
Facilitators:
- Lucy Chambers, TechtoHuman
